We are seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Recruiter and Staff Relations Coordinator to support our Bashor team of highly dedicated staff. In this vital role, you will help ensure that every child in our care is supported by dedicated, skilled, and empathetic staff by leading thoughtful recruitment efforts and fostering a positive, stable work environment. You will serve as a key resource for staff, promoting strong communication and professional growth. Assigned Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job fairs, and social media.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and current applicant tracking system through Teamtailor
• Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.
• Provide various formal and informal support of employees to enhance development and retention including onboarding process and “Dream Manager” assistance
• Initiate, coordinate and conduct 60-day stay interviews
• Assists and coordinates exit interviews with terminating employees to determine reasons for separation and analyze trends to improve employee retention.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, utilization and support efforts within the agency

Salary: $19.00-$23.00
