We are seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Recruiter and Staff Relations Coordinator to support our Bashor team of highly dedicated staff. In this vital role, you will help ensure that every child in our care is supported by dedicated, skilled, and empathetic staff by leading thoughtful recruitment efforts and fostering a positive, stable work environment. You will serve as a key resource for staff, promoting strong communication and professional growth. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building trust, supporting others, and strengthening a team that makes a meaningful impact every day.

- Associate’s degree preferred with minimum of two years related experience
- Able to pass required background checks, physical and drug screen.
- Broad range of professional skills including interviewing, public speaking, oral and written communication, use of computer
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality.

- Have a commitment to continuous quality improvement as it relates to organizational development and service delivery.
- Ability to make decisions, problem-solve, and manage time effectively
Assigned Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job fairs, and social media.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and current applicant tracking system through Teamtailor
- Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.
- Provide various formal and informal support of employees to enhance development and retention including onboarding process and “Dream Manager” assistance
- Initiate, coordinate and conduct 60-day stay interviews
- Assists and coordinates exit interviews with terminating employees to determine reasons for separation and analyze trends to improve employee retention.
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment, utilization and support efforts within the agency
Salary: $19.00-$23.00
