Clinical Support Staff - Weekends

Bashor Children’s Home is expanding its Weekend Residential programs operations and is seeking a Weekend Clinical Support staff.
Qualifications:
- License eligible Master’s Degree (MSW, MFT, MA in Counselling, etc.) and relevant direct care experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be self-driven and motivated, with a high level of professional integrity.
- Possess a commitment to education and professional development.
- A record of exceptional attendance and job performance.
- An ability to build morale and to aid in the development of a healthy team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis interventions.
- Offer groups and one-on-one support.
- Greet families, assist with check-in and visitation procedures, and model client focused service.
- Be trained as campus supervisor.
- Work directly with youth in programs as needed.
- Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.
This position is non-exempt (hourly) and requires flexibility.
